After breakfast, we start Dubai tour which reveals a magnificent contrast between the Arabian culture and the modernity, we head to Dubai museum, a treasure house of historical relics, that is housed in the Al Fahidi Fort, the museum offers a fascinating insight of the city in the pre-oil days, then the Bastakia quarter, which is the oldest part of the city, then we cross the Creek (Al-Khor) by abara, floating boat taxi to Deira, visiting the spices souk and the gold souk which is the biggest in the world. |
